What Is A Drug Allergy?

It is also going to be life threatening and you will need to have emergency treatment. The symptoms usually appear within 1 hour after you take the medicine and will include hives and a hard time breathing as well. Some people will even go into shock.

Usually any medicine can cause an allergic reaction. However, penicillin is the cause of most drug allergies. If you have an allergic reaction to a medicine, you may be allergic to a medicine that someone else is not. Every person is going to be different and it will depend on what types you are taking and how your body is going to react.

The best thing to do is make sure that you are not allergic to the medicine before you take it. You may want to be careful when you are taking it just in case. This means that you will want to take it in little doses and make sure that your body is going to react in the way that it should. It is going to be something that may save your life in the end. It is going to be something that you should think about every time you get a prescription for any reason.
