What Can You Use to Help Your Sinuses and Allergies Naturally?
Written on July 2, 2008
I strongly believe that a lot of natural remedies are a lot safer than Dr. medication. So what can you do to help your sinuses and allergies naturally? I have suffered from allergies for about 7 years now and I have to tell you, my allergies can be very bad. I have tried the medication, but nothing worked until I started to implement some other natural remedies into my life.
First what I did was I got a warm mist humidifier. This has totally changed the air I breathe and it was so much easier on my headaches. Some people think these things do not work, let me tell you they do! When it comes to what kind of humidifier cool mist of warm mist, I personally go with warm mist, just because it helps me more with my sinuses. Cold air makes it worse.
There were a lot of sprays I tried over the years for my sinuses, but all of them have made me feel sick, so I have switched to natural sprays, which is sinus buster formula. These can literally perform a miracle for your sinuses.
What I personally love about natural remedies is that there are no side affects. And the natural remedies I tried actually work a lot better than the Dr. prescribed medication. At least for me they have, but I know a lot of people share this same experience.
Since I suffered from a lot of sinus infections, I had to use a lot of antibiotics and they have weekend my immune system. So in order to improve the overall health it is good to find ways to boost immune system. I use the emergency C Booster formula, and I have tried the new Mangosteen 100% juice. I loved it.
Some of these remedies I have found at the top 10 natural allergy remedies article. Besides these you can also use some other remedies to help you breathe easier such as Breathe right nasal strips. But I strongly suggest you get the humidifier as well, because it really does help! You just want to make sure they have a built in humidistat so they can control the humidity in the room.
