There is no reason to think of this as the end of your life. If you are not the one that wants the divorce, you may be feeling sad and alone. You might feel as if this is the end of something. You should go out there and think about what makes you happy. What do you do to relieve stress in your life? Is there something that makes you forget about the troubles that you have? If so you should take time out of your busy and hectic day to do them. There is always time for fun and relieving stress will help you maintain a positive and healthy attitude when you need it the most.
