Treatments of allergy

As Precaution is always better than cure so one should first of all try to avoid the allergens by which he/she is facing allergic problem.

If a person is suffering from allergy then he/she should avoid exposure to allergens. Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine and hence used in treatment of nasal allergies. If you are allergic to animal dander you can avoid exposure with your pets.
